Pachmarhi ....! Great hill station at Madhya Pradesh

A Hill Resort, Pachmarhi in Madhya Pradesh is also known as "Queen of Satpura". I Love Pachmarhi so much. We also Photographed spectacular places of tourist attractions to share with peoples worldwide.

Their are so many places of tourist attractions, where everyone must visit at Pachmarhi to enjoy full beauty of this peaceful and beautiful hill station.

I fell in Love with Pachmarhi, and with the peoples.

We watched magnificent waterfalls and beauty of nature in Pachmarhi. We also visited Satpura National Park.

Pachmarhi has so much to offer for everyone - warmth, nature, peace, parties and so much more to experience at this hill station.

So what is our favorite of all the places at Pachmarhi, after a month of exploration and play?

They All Are...! every place in Pachmarhi is different, each with its own qualities that makes it something special.

Apple iPad 2 Jailbroken Already

Last week, Apple followers who were eagerly waiting for the announcement of iPad 2 jailbreak, were told that the jailbreak won't be possible until the iPhone 5 was announced. However, iPhone Dev Team member comex has managed to jailbreak the iPad 2 just in three days after its launch. As a proof, comex shared a photo of the tablet running Cydia - open source Debian package manager that acts like a jailbreak App Store for the iOS platform.

Cydia running on jailbroken iPad 2

According to comex, a new exploit has been found to jailbreak the iPad 2 but no userland tool would be released until proper testing is done. This might take a couple of weeks and I am sure all the iPad 2 owners would be eager to know it. By now, everyone knowns that the iPhone Dev Team tests the exploit with every possible iOS device to be compatible with latest version of jailbreak tool. So, don't expect them to announce any estimated time of arrival soon.

New Molecular Robot Can Be Programmed to Follow Instructions

Scientists have developed a programmable "molecular robot" -- a sub-microscopic molecular machine made of synthetic DNA that moves between track locations separated by 6nm. The robot, a short strand of DNA, follows instructions programmed into a set of fuel molecules determining its destination, for example, to turn left or right at a junction in the track. The report, which represents a step toward futuristic nanomachines and nanofactories, appears in ACS's Nano Letters.

How nanotechnology could let you go months without having to charge up your mobile .

A flat battery on your mobile phone can leave you in a sticky situation, but new research could mean you might go months without charging it.

A team of electrical and computer engineers at an Illinois university may have solved the problem by using ‘nanotubes’ – carbon tubes 10,000 times smaller than a human hair.

The scientists replaced the metal wiring in mobile devices’ batteries with the nanotubes and believe the changes could extend battery life by up to 100 times.

‘I think anyone who is dealing with a lot of chargers and plugging things in every night can relate to wanting a cell phone or laptop whose batteries can last for weeks or months,’ said Eric Pop of the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology.

Mr Pop claims his team’s research could one day mean a mobile device like an iPhone could see hugely extended battery life, possibly to the point that it could run by harvesting thermal or solar energy rather than relying on a battery.

The research could also prove groundbreaking for devices much larger than mobile phones or portable computers.

‘We're not just talking about lightening our pockets or purses,’ Mr Pop explained.

‘This is also important for anything that has to operate on a battery, such as satellites, telecommunications equipment in remote locations, or any number of scientific and military applications.’

Multifunctional nanobioprobes detect and isolate multiple types of cancer cells
(Nanowerk Spotlight) Multifunctional nanomaterials have become widely researched in nanomedicine with the goal of developing highly accurate probes for detecting and isolating cancer cells. Of particular interest here are magnetic nanoparticles, which offer the capability of cell isolation from original or enriched samples without the use of centrifugation or filtration. In particular, the combination of fluorescent quantum dots and magnetic nanoparticles into single nanospheres to obtain fluorescent-magnetic bifunctional nanospheres has created the potential for broader applications in biomedicine and in clinical diagnosis (see for instance "Visual Recognition and Efficient Isolation of Apoptotic Cells with Fluorescent-Magnetic-Biotargeting Multifunctional Nanospheres").
In new work, researchers in China have now expanded this technique to multiplexed assays. They demonstrated the ability to detect and collect multiple types of cancer cells, such as leukemia cells and prostate cancer cells, from mixed samples within 25 minutes by using a magnet and an ordinary fluorescence microscope.
"Building on years of work, we have now demonstrated that we can successfully detect and extract tumour cells from complex samples containing both normal cells and the target cancer cells," Dai-Wen Pang, Luojia Professor of Chemistry and Director of the Research Center for Nanobiology and Nanomedicine at Wuhan University, tells Nanowerk. "Compared to our previously published work, we used a system of multiple types of rare target cancer cells at concentrations as low as 0.01% in mixed cell samples as a model to demonstrate that our multifunctional nanobioprobe-based analytical method could meet the need for a simple, fast, low-cost, and highly sensitive multi-component assay."

The team reports its findings in the January 20, 2011 online edition of ACS Nano ("Fluorescent-Magnetic-Biotargeting Multifunctional Nanobioprobes for Detecting and Isolating Multiple Types of Tumor Cells").

What is mental health or emotional health?

Mental or emotional health refers to your overall psychological well-being. It includes the way you feel about yourself, the quality of your relationships, and your ability to manage your feelings and deal with difficulties.

Good mental health isn't just the absence of mental health problems. Being mentally or emotionally healthy is much more than being free of depression, anxiety, or other psychological issues. Rather than the absence of mental illness, mental and emotional health refers to the presence of positive characteristics.

People who are mentally and emotionally healthy have:

  • A sense of contentment.
  • A zest for living and the ability to laugh and have fun.
  • The ability to deal with stress and bounce back from adversity.
  • A sense of meaning and purpose, in both their activities and their relationships.
  • The flexibility to learn new things and adapt to change.
  • A balance between work and play, rest and activity, etc.
  • The ability to build and maintain fulfilling relationships.
  • Self-confidence and high self-esteem.

These positive characteristics of mental and emotional health allow you to participate in life to the fullest extent possible through productive, meaningful activities and strong relationships. These positive characteristics also help you cope when faced with life's challenges and stresses.

Improving Emotional Health

People who are emotionally healthy are in control of their emotions and their behavior. They are able to handle life’s inevitable challenges, build strong relationships, and lead productive, fulfilling lives. When bad things happen, they’re able to bounce back and move on.

Unfortunately, too many people take their mental and emotional health for granted – focusing on it only when they develop problems. But just as it requires effort to build or maintain physical health, so it is with mental and emotional health. The more time and energy you invest in your emotional health, the stronger it will be. The good news is that there are many things you can do to boost your mood, build resilience, and get more enjoyment out of life.
